Literature Text

like vanilla on your tongue
s m o o t h
the way the moonlight trickles down your throat
one spoonful
to help you get the memories down,
death by sugared moods
now bare at the waist and looking for a ride
to // bliss

she feels for you
(you know)
the way you feel a suicide
and soft semptember ghosts
with bluebird ribbons in their eyes
pearly in the
[light that never shines]
like a renaissance, yawning
under gently choking stars

like moths and lamps,
you two were always meant to

\"die\"

in the quiet, euthanasia way
that reciprocals will cancel out
the lonely wind
blowing through your castaway
slow forsaken heart,
stitched with clutching fingers
and a broken |violin|

like lazuli glass eyes
and honeyed seraph sighs
you dance the way a blind man does,
with the antiquity of amsterdam,
aristocratic in
it\'s dry simplicity,
and miry
-spring-rain grace,
and <font size=\"1\" face=\"Lucida Handwriting\">Love</font>
for onewhonevercould.
An experimental/expressive piece. So much fun to write. Inspired by the song Californiacation - Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

"Californiacation" is a great song by an amazing band, I can see that you have good taste in music =) (Smile) This poem's pretty good. But there's on thing I don't like...

(you know)
[light that never shines]
"die"
I don't understand why you have the brackets there when you could've perfectly incorperated them into the poem, it would sound much nicer without the brackets in my oppinion.

"like lazuli glass eyes" I just love this discription, amazing imagery! :nice job! Thumbs Up =) (Smile)
